A good rule of thumb is that you want to try and reach 100 by the time you are right over the beginning of the runway, but this is a very short runway so he decreesed altitude prity fast it seems. :)

Over the threshold, 50ft (on intrument approaches) is most common. He (or she) touched down right on the aiming point, a good thing for an airliner landing in a relatively short runway with a mountain on the departure end. Speed seems fine.

No they're not. From 1:10 to the end of the video you can see them clearly.. they are not straight skid marks... it curves sharpy in two directions. That was someone trying to stop.
