I can reccomend the Arion Bay in Kameri if you want a seafront hotel or the volcano view if you want a cliftop hotel. Both super places to stay.

you can try Golden Star Hotel in Kamari, i slept there for 2 nights this June. if you want something cheap and simple, but still good. it's 20/night for one person. there are some others of this kind, about 30 seconds from the beach. ;)
